We are seeking top talent for the following position: **Position:** Lawyer **Location:** Huaral **Specific Experience Required:** Contract Management, with experience providing legal advisory services for industrial, construction, and infrastructure projects. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, change orders, addenda, penalties, guarantees, insurance, subcontracts, and contract closeout—as well as managing disputes and legal risks. Ability to provide advisory support across all project phases, ensuring contractual, regulatory, and legal compliance. **Duration:** 4 months **Requirements:** * Law degree holder and duly registered with the Bar Association. (Mandatory) * Experience in public and private construction projects. (Minimum 5 years) **Knowledge:** * AutoCAD \+ MS Project \+ SAP2000 and/or ETABS \+ Revit/Navisworks. * Construction Supervision Course. (Desirable) * Professional PMP Certification.
