Continuous training and mentoring CLASSROOM-BASED ACADEMIC TUTOR – VITA PRE-UNIVERSITY ACADEMY **VITA Pre-University Academy** is looking for **Classroom-Based Academic Tutors** to join our educational team. We seek responsible, dynamic university students with a vocation for teaching, capable of supporting and guiding our students throughout their pre-university preparation. REQUIREMENTS * Student at a **national university**. * Preferably in final academic cycles. * Prior experience as a tutor, teacher, academic assistant, or at pre-university academies **(desirable)**. * Strong academic performance and ability to perform across various subject areas. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with student groups. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Proactivity, leadership, and effective classroom management. * Availability to work on a **Part-Time or Full-Time** basis. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support and supervise assigned students in the classroom. * Provide guidance and ongoing academic follow-up. * Address general questions and support students throughout their learning process. * Monitor completion of assignments and tasks. * Assist in organizing and conducting mock exams and academic activities. * Identify student difficulties and promptly communicate them to the academic department. * Maintain consistent communication with students and the academic team. * Promote discipline, participation, and commitment within the classroom. * Provide comprehensive classroom support across **all academic subjects**.
