Ongoing training. **MULTIFUNCTIONAL BARISTA – MIRAFLORES** At **Ayni Coffee**, we are looking for **Multifunctional Baristas** for our locations in Miraflores. We seek responsible, dynamic, organized individuals with a service-oriented mindset, interested in growing within the coffee industry. **Responsibilities** * Preparing espresso, hot and cold beverages according to brand standards. * Operating the espresso machine, grinder, and calibration during shifts. * Customer service, order taking, and cashier support. * Handling, restocking, and properly presenting items in the display case. * Keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Performing detailed **bar opening and closing procedures**, as applicable. * Completing the **bar inventory at the start and end of each shift**. * Supporting various operational functions of the café as needed. **Requirements** * Minimum **6 months of experience as a barista**. * Knowledge of espresso preparation and grinder operation. * Experience in customer service. * Responsibility, organization, efficiency, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work full-time or part-time on rotating shifts: * **AM Shift:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **PM Shift:** 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Availability to work onsite in Miraflores. **Preferred:** Completed barista course, specialty coffee experience, latte art, and filter brewing methods. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration. * Ongoing training. * Benefits and discounts across group brands. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Miraflores, Lima Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
