Key Responsibilities: Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master).  Strictly monitor monthly renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients.  Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided.  Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality, maintaining PAR >30 days below 3\.0% according to the month-end portfolio report.  Monitor credit protocols at each stage of the lending process.  Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly).  Ensure client retention within VFM by delivering high-quality service.  Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from day one of arrears, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company.  Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client.  Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact goals.  Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
