Job Summary: We are seeking construction support personnel with safety experience and good physical condition for fieldwork. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a site watchman, traffic marshal, or construction support staff 2. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and use of PPE 3. Responsibility, attentiveness, and effective communication * Completed secondary education (MANDATORY). * Minimum 6 months' experience as a site watchman, traffic marshal, or construction support staff (VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE) * Basic knowledge of safety regulations and use of PPE. * Good physical condition for fieldwork. * Responsibility, attentiveness, and effective communication. * Availability to work full-time and during construction site hours. * ID card * RETCC * Curriculum vitae * Employment certificates * Adult DNI certificate * Residence near the worksite (preferred): Surco or San Isidro Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Conditions: * Daily pay: S/ 85 per day worked. * Weekly payments with HONORARIUM RECEIPT Position Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.85.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
