Job Summary: We are seeking individuals to cover weekly shifts of approximately 40 hours at a physical location, with days off and eligibility for bonuses. Extra payments for working on holidays **NEW SCHEDULES FOR 3 CERDITOS 2026: Total of 40h 30min per week at the location** Monday: 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM Tuesday: 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday: DAY OFF ** Friday: 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM / 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday: 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM / 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM **SALARY** First 3 months: S/1800 Next 3 months: S/1900 After 6 months: S/2000 (standard rate) We offer a punctuality/attendance/creativity bonus of S/80 \* HOLIDAYS \*\*\* On these days, service hours are typically from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (9 hours). \- If a holiday falls on a regular workday, overtime is calculated based on the number of hours scheduled for that day. E.g., if you were scheduled for only 5 hours that day, the additional 4 hours will be paid at 20% above your hourly rate. \- If a holiday falls on your day off and you are required to work, compensation will be double your standard hourly rate. \- Starting from the 2nd month, you may request weekly payment.
