Customer management for loyalty and information updates. Job Description **We are Fitmonster Factory**, a Peruvian company specializing in the production and marketing of healthy food products. We own the brands **Fitmonster Factory, Poder Fitmonster, and Monster Burger**, and we are currently looking for an **E-commerce Sales Advisor** to strengthen our team. We seek a person with excellent service attitude, results orientation, and strong communication skills, who can deliver prompt and personalized assistance to our customers across various digital channels, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities * Handle inquiries and sales via WhatsApp, social media, website, and delivery platforms. * Advise customers on our products, promotions, and benefits. * Register, confirm, and track orders until delivery. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch departments to ensure order fulfillment. * Resolve inquiries, complaints, and incidents promptly and courteously. * Manage customer follow-up to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty. * Maintain up-to-date product, stock, and promotion information across all sales channels. * Meet customer service, sales, and satisfaction performance indicators. Requirements * Minimum **1 year** of experience in customer service, digital sales, call centers, e\-commerce, or online channels. * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, social media, and Office tools. * Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Customer orientation, ability to work under pressure, and goal achievement. * Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. * **Work modality:** Full Time (48 hours per week). * Availability to work from **Monday to Sunday**, with rotating days off. * Willingness to work at our **Miraflores** office.
