




DESCRIPTION A major mining contractor is seeking a professional to fill the position of Compensation and Personnel Administration Specialist with the following responsibilities: * Ensure accurate salary analysis through market studies on wages and benefits. * Propose and monitor the remuneration framework to maintain salary equity. * Manage the annual salary increase process. * Conduct job evaluations. * Supervise personnel administration processes. * Supervise and review payroll calculations. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in compensation (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in salary band design, end-to-end payroll management, compensation models, personnel administration, labor contract management, vacation management, and labor legislation (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in the HAY job evaluation methodology. * Proficiency in ERP systems for payroll and human capital management. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience implementing salary structures. * Experience in construction, mining contractors, or related sectors.
