The **ELOMUX Training Program** is looking for **Junior WordPress Developers** interested in strengthening their knowledge and advancing their professional careers through participation in real-world projects within a technology-driven environment. This position targets **university students, technical institute students, or individuals interested** in pursuing a professional career in web development using WordPress. You will participate in the creation, editing, and optimization of corporate websites, collaborating with the design and development team to build functional, responsive, and user-experience-focused pages. Throughout the program, you will **strengthen your knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop professional skills** using WordPress and agile methodologies such as **Scrum**, applied in real-world web development projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and edit web pages using WordPress. * Design interfaces using Gutenberg, Elementor, and other visual builders. * Organize website content and visual structure. * Implement responsive designs for various devices. * Configure forms, sections, and visual components. * Apply basic UX/UI principles to improve user experience. * Optimize website performance and overall structure. * Collaborate with the Web Design team on improvement proposals. * Participate in ongoing project reviews and enhancements. * Serve as a WordPress Developer within assigned projects, with potential growth into the role of **Web Architect**. **Candidate Profile** We seek **university students, technical institute students, or individuals interested** in building a professional career in WordPress web development, from disciplines including: * Systems Engineering. * Software Engineering. * Computer Engineering. * Computing and Informatics. * Software Development. * Web Design. * Graphic Design. * Digital Communication. * Multimedia. * Related fields.
