We are looking for top talent for the Cleaning Operator position. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:00–21:15; Saturdays, 08:00–13:30 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete secondary education * Prior experience is not required. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits * S/200 Food Card * S/182 Mobility Bonus * Leisure Vouchers to enjoy additional days off * Corporate agreements offering exclusive large discounts **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute the cleaning program for the assigned property and the cleaning checklist according to internal procedures to ensure property cleanliness standards and customer satisfaction. * Perform duties under comprehensive inspection guidelines and maximum quality criteria to guarantee customer satisfaction and service standards. * Record inventory control for the cleaning warehouse, including material and equipment inflows and outflows, to ensure resource availability and process operability. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and health while performing cleaning tasks. * Address customer requests to ensure their satisfaction.
