Optimizing production times **Job Description:** At **INDEHIL SAC**, a leading company in the lighting industry, we are looking for a **Painter Master**. Your primary objective will be to fabricate and shape metal parts for lighting fixtures using the lathe embossing process, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and optimizing production times. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare metal surfaces prior to the painting process. Apply electrostatic paint using assigned equipment. * Coordinate the creation of advertising pieces with graphic design, content, and audiovisual teams. Verify coating thickness and uniformity. * Operate paint booths and equipment according to established procedures. * Place parts into the oven for curing when required. Inspect final finish quality and correct any possible defects. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Promptly report any equipment failures or anomalies occurring during the process. * Strictly comply with occupational safety and health regulations, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. Technical studies in Surface Finishing, Industrial Painting, Industrial Processes, or related fields are highly desirable. * **Minimum Experience:** 1–3 years operating embossing lathes in the metal-mechanical sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of metal surface preparation, paint application (liquid, enamel, epoxy), and basic use of gravity-feed and suction-feed spray guns.
