Participation in digital campaigns at a growing company **Company:** Tesis Improvement **Work Mode:** Remote **Job Type:** Part-Time **Compensation:** S/600 per month **Job Description** At **Tesis Improvement**, we are looking to bring on board a **Content Creator and Video Editor** with a creative profile, audiovisual judgment, and results orientation to develop digital content for our primary platforms. This position is aimed at individuals with knowledge of audiovisual content creation and editing, capable of producing engaging social media videos and adapting assets according to the company’s communication and marketing objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and develop audiovisual content for **TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms** * Record and participate in the production of social media videos * Edit short videos, Reels, and TikToks using professional editing tools * Propose ideas, concepts, hooks, and video structures designed to capture audience attention * Correctly define and apply shots, angles, framing, and camera movements based on content type * Create different versions of videos for organic content and advertising campaigns * Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments to develop content aimed at driving engagement and leads * Support the creation and adaptation of content for **TikTok Ads** campaigns * Conduct basic performance tracking of content and propose improvements **Requirements** * Final-year student or graduate in **Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, or related fields** * Strong on-camera presence and confidence * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **CapCut** * Intermediate proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** * Intermediate proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** * Knowledge of shot types, angles, composition, and audiovisual language * Basic knowledge of recording techniques, lighting, and audio * Creativity and ability to develop content ideas * Basic knowledge of marketing and sales * Basic knowledge of **TikTok Ads** * Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms * Availability for remote part-time work **Preferred Qualifications (non-exclusive)** * Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook * On-camera experience * Experience creating content for companies or brands * Knowledge of TikTok Ads advertising campaigns * Portfolio of videos, Reels, or other audiovisual content * Knowledge of photography and audiovisual production * Experience creating content focused on lead generation or sales **We Offer** * **Base compensation of S/600 per month** * Remote work * Part-time arrangement * Work flexibility * Hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing * Participation in digital campaigns at a growing company * Growth opportunities based on performance **Application Instructions** Apply via **Indeed**, or send your updated CV with the subject line: **“Part-Time Content Creator and Video Editor – Tesis Improvement”** Please attach, if possible, your **portfolio or examples of completed audiovisual work**.
