Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen staff member for the night shift, responsible for production, preparation, inventory management, cleaning, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Production and mise en place of all ingredients * Food preparation * Inventory management * Product labeling and dating * Cleaning * Stock replenishment * Customer service Part-time: 30 hours per week Must reside in areas adjacent to La Molina Prior experience required Must be able to work at our La Molina location from 5 PM until closing (11 PM or midnight) Salary: S/.850.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
