A reputable e-commerce company is currently looking for a **Part-Time Sales Supervisor for our call center channel.** REQUIREMENTS: Students, technical or university graduates in administration, marketing, sales, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience supervising sales teams in call centers. Immediate availability. Preferably residing in Northern Lima. On-site work modality. Leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and improve processes. Proactive, results-oriented attitude. Experience analyzing performance metrics. WE OFFER: Salary negotiable. Timely monthly payment. Manage and distribute the lead database among advisors. Conduct follow-up and training. Achieve established targets. Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.
