Ability to work autonomously and results-oriented Job Description: **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive **FTTH Installation Technician** with strong teamwork capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills for fiber optic cable laying and installation, as well as an attitude oriented toward problem-solving and goal achievement. **Responsibilities** * Perform fiber optic cable laying, relocations, and connector replacements. * Operate fiber optic equipment. * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for working at heights. * Manage documentation related to completed installations. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (Category A1\). * Knowledge of PPE usage and experience working at heights. * Familiarity with FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work autonomously and in teams. * Results-oriented mindset and adherence to deadlines. **Benefits** * Biweekly payments * Fixed salary starting from S/ 1,500 \+ driving bonus. * Unlimited production bonuses. * Weekly fuel bonus. * Mobility rental bonus ranging from S/800 to S/1,000 * Training provided for new hires without prior experience.
