Job Summary: Grupo La Patrona is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage incoming and outgoing goods, organize products, and maintain warehouse order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory control and goods receipt. 2. Organizes and classifies products logically and safely. 3. Maintains order and cleanliness in warehouses. We are currently seeking the following position for our Human Resources team: **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, reconciling physical stock with the system to prevent shrinkage or losses. * Receive goods from suppliers, inspect their condition, and verify conformity with purchase orders and delivery notes. * Organize, classify, and store products logically and safely. * Dispatch products quickly and accurately. * Promptly notify when stock levels are low or supplies are running out to ensure continuity. * Maintain order and cleanliness in warehouses. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or Technical Industrial/Logistics education or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Huachipa. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc.) at 100%. * Work location: Lurigancho Chosica – Ref: Huachipa – Moreras Street. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. * Corporate discounts and agreements with group brands. *At Grupo La Patrona, we promote a culture of equal opportunity and respect for diversity.
