Job Summary: We are seeking Dispatch Operators to join our team, focused on receiving, organizing, and dispatching production in a dynamic work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area We are a continuously growing company with over 18 years in the market. As an industry leader, we are looking for **FULL-TIME DISPATCH OPERATORS**, who meet the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in areas adjacent to Comas, Carabayllo (Northern Lima). * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a Dispatch Operator, Warehouse Worker, or Production Worker, preferably in the food industry. (Not mandatory). * Immediate availability to work Monday through Sunday (one weekly day off, scheduled between Monday and Thursday). * Ability to adapt to a cold environment. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving production output * Sorting, stacking, and counting within the cold room * Continuous tracking of dispatch requirements (product outbound shipments) * Dispatching production onto delivery vehicles according to the shipping manifest * Cleaning and organizing the work area * Executing all instructions from the immediate area supervisor ***Start Time: 05:30 A.M.*** **BENEFITS:** * Job stability * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system * Covered meals (breakfast and lunch) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 \- S/.1,350.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have immediate availability? * Are you currently studying?
