Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized tutor to provide bilingual educational mentoring for elementary school girls, strengthening their academic performance and study habits. Consistent practice of English and Quechua We seek a dynamic, organized individual with advanced proficiency in English and Quechua to mentor girls in 3rd and 5th grade (ages 8 and 10). The goal is to strengthen their academic performance and foster study habits within a bilingual environment. Candidate Profile • Education: Final-year student or graduate in Education, Educational Psychology, or related fields. • Languages: Advanced English (mandatory) and Quechua. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in academic tutoring or elementary teaching. • Skills: Patience, excellent communication, and playful teaching methodologies. Responsibilities • Supervision and support for school assignments and reinforcement (Mathematics, Communication, English, etc.). • Consistent practice of English and Quechua (conversation and grammar). • Exam preparation and academic calendar organization. Conditions • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience Languages: English, Quechua Age: between 18 and 99 years Knowledge: Educational support
