Job Summary: NETaxion is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support operational continuity in the mining industry, with a focus on account analysis, monthly closings, reconciliations, and taxation. We are currently seeking an **Accounting Assistant** with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in accounting or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field. * Experience using the DEFONTANA accounting system. (Desirable) * Knowledge of current Peruvian tax legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools at an intermediate \- advanced level. **Responsibilities:** * At the accounting level: account analysis, monthly closing, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and monthly provisions. * Support in preparing financial statements. * At the taxation level: analysis of withholding taxes, use of SIRE/PLE, and tax return filing. **Benefits** * Formal employment under Peru's General Regime, with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * 100% remote work. * 100% EPS coverage for the employee. * Pleasant working environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
