If you are passionate about improving processes, optimizing indicators, and ensuring flawless execution in an operations center… **this position is for you**. **Main Purpose** This role is critical to leading the coordination of the Activation Analysts team, ensuring policy compliance, continuous improvement of operational KPIs, and second-line support to various commercial channels. This position is key to guaranteeing agile, accurate, and operationally disciplined activations, providing strategic support to sales channels and strengthening Activation Center efficiency.
