With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. Requirements · Graduates in Administration or related fields. · Intermediate-level Office software skills. · Knowledge of Canva (desirable). · Organizational skills, responsibility, commitment, and proactivity. Competencies we seek: • Desire for self-improvement • Responsibility • Agility and speed • Seriousness and honesty • Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: · Physical document organization and filing (files and general documentation). · Basic technical support. · Administrative support to management and courier coordination. · Daily review of pending and urgent tasks agenda. · Support in the HR department. · Processing of employee onboarding/offboarding, labor certificates, pay slips, addendums, and other related HR documentation. · Preparation of attendance records: absences, late arrivals, vacations, leaves, etc. · Distribution and control of personal protective equipment (PPE). · Physical HR document filing. · Management of police and criminal background checks for personnel when required. · General administrative support: · Supporting the Accounting, HR, and Warehouse departments as assigned by immediate supervisor. · Supporting the General Accountant. · Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
