We seek an organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual who ensures the proper functioning of the company’s administrative and operational processes across our 3 locations (Huánuco, Tingo María, and Cerro de Pasco) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate and supervise the administrative and operational processes across the company’s 3 locations, ensuring strict compliance with internal procedures. - Review weekly attendance records of sales and operations staff across all 3 locations. - Validate attendance data recorded in Buk and cross-check it against Excel-based controls, verifying permissions, holidays, and vacations for monthly payroll calculation. - Manage and monitor timely payment of monthly services such as internet, mobile telephony, and other administrative services. - Plan and execute recruitment processes according to staffing requirements at each location. - Monitor daily expense registration. - Supervise the onboarding process, including uniform distribution, welcome kits, and other necessary tools for new hires. - Deliver training to sales and operations staff based on identified needs per department. - Conduct periodic evaluations of the Sales team on commercial processes and guidelines. - Manage calculation and control of payments related to meals, transportation for the sales department, birthday bonuses, long-route bonuses, and payments to staff responsible for settlements. - Prepare administrative reports and management indicators for senior management. - Coordinate administrative and logistical requests among the company’s various locations. - Other duties as assigned by the relevant supervisor. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. - Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Experience in administrative control, personnel management, and operational coordination. - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
