This role is not about oversight—it’s about active leadership: transforming strategy into execution and measurable outcomes. **What will be your mission?** Lead teams using a dual approach: ensuring daily operations (*Run*) while driving transformation initiatives (*Change*), meeting KPIs and delivering projects aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Translate business vision into clear, measurable, and executable initiatives aligned with OKRs * Manage the Product Backlog in Jira (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) * Identify opportunities where AI adds value to the business or product * Lead agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, retrospectives, backlog refinement), ensuring flow and focus * Remove impediments and ensure team operational continuity * Manage cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, motivation, and workload * Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver valuable outcomes **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * +2 years of experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) * Strong proficiency in Jira (backlog management, metrics, dashboards) * Experience in industries such as software, ERP, fintech, or B2B solutions * Ability to understand business processes (accounting/tax knowledge preferred) * Experience writing clear and functional user stories * Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF) **Benefits:** * 100% remote work * Formal employment contract + health insurance (EPS) * Professional growth opportunities * Participation in AI-driven innovation projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.3,000.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your initial salary expectation? * Have you used prioritization methodologies such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF? * How many years of experience do you have as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager? * What is your level of experience with Jira (backlog, metrics, dashboards)?
