We seek a programmer with an agile mindset who enjoys writing clean code and wants to see their developments implemented in real products that enhance our clients' business processes. **General Information:** * Work Location: Surco * Work Mode: Hybrid * Remote Days (2 days): Mondays are fixed for everyone. Additionally, you may choose one extra remote day from Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. * On-site Days (3 days): Tuesdays and the two remaining weekdays (based on your prior selection) at our offices in Surco. * Saturdays: Alternating (one Saturday yes, one Saturday no), half-day and 100% remote. **Job Objective:** Develop and maintain enterprise solutions (ERP, e\-commerce, electronic invoicing), participating in both frontend and backend development, ensuring technical quality, requirement compliance, and timely delivery within an agile environment. **Candidate Profile:** We seek an Angular \- Java developer with proven experience, capable of integrating into an agile team to build high-impact technological solutions, with a results-oriented, quality-focused, and continuously improving mindset. **Requirements:** Academic Background: * Technical or university studies in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Java backend developer and Angular frontend developer. * Your Technology Stack (Requirements) For this position, solid experience of at least 2 years is mandatory in: **Backend (Critical)** * Java: Proficiency in Java SE / Java EE. * Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA. * Integrations: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, Postman or Insomnia. * Testing: Proficiency with JUnit. **Frontend (Critical)** * Angular: Version 8 or higher. * Core: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript. * Architecture: Reactive forms and component creation. **Databases and DevOps** * SQL: MySQL or SQL Server (Query optimization \- Critical). * Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab \- Critical). * Best Practices: SOLID, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture (Critical). * Bonus Points (Desirable): * Knowledge of Python and MCP \- AI agent handling. * Docker experience (basic level). * Knowledge of electronic invoicing and taxation. * Residing near the Surco area. **Responsibilities:** * Full Stack Development: Implement end-to-end features using Angular and Java. * Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure robust deliveries. * Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. * Optimization: Improve database performance to ensure system responsiveness. * Agility: Actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely deliveries. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Bonus for high-impact technology projects. * Ongoing training with AWS, CCL, and others. * Mifact discounts on products/services for you, your family, or friends. * Flexible working hours for study-related matters. * Career path and excellent work environment.
