Positive work environment and opportunity for professional growth PROYECTA Y CONSTRUYE SHIMHA, a company specializing in construction and architectural design, is looking for an **Architecture Student** to fill the position of Assistant, focused on drawing development, 3D modeling, and supporting the creation of visual project content. Work is conducted primarily on a **remote (home-based)** basis; however, availability for **occasional site visits**, measurement surveys, and support in project-related procedures will be required from time to time. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting in AutoCAD (architecture, structures, plumbing, and electrical) * 3D modeling in SketchUp * Creating virtual tours * Preparing documents (Word and Excel) * Designing presentations and visual content (Canva) * Conducting on-site measurements, among others (when required) **Requirements** * Currently enrolled Architecture student * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory) * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Canva * Responsibility, proactivity, and eagerness to learn **Employment Conditions** * Work modality: Remote (with occasional site visits) * Initial salary: **S/ 750** for the first 3 months * Performance-based increase up to **S/ 1,025** * Positive work environment and opportunity for growth Work location: Remote employment Salary: S/.750\.00 \- S/.1,025\.00 per month Work location: Remote employment
