Development of drawings and 3D modeling PROYECTA Y CONSTRUYE SHIMHA, a company specializing in construction and architectural design, is seeking an **Architecture student** for the position of assistant, focused on drawing development, 3D modeling, and support in creating visual content for projects. Work is primarily conducted **remotely (from home)**; however, occasional availability for **on-site visits**, measurement surveys, and support with project-related procedures will be required. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting drawings in AutoCAD (architecture, structures, plumbing, and electrical) * 3D modeling in SketchUp * Creating virtual tours * Preparing documents (Word and Excel) * Designing presentations and content (Canva) * Conducting on-site measurements, among others (when required) **Requirements** * Architecture student * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory) * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Canva * Responsibility, proactivity, and eagerness to learn **Employment Conditions** * Work arrangement: Remote (with occasional on-site visits) * Starting salary: **S/ 750** for the first 3 months * Performance-based increase up to **S/ 1,025** * Positive work environment and growth opportunity Salary: S/.750\.00 \- S/.1,025\.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
