**COMMERCIAL ADVISOR**
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
Manage and develop commercial relationships with public and private healthcare institutions, promoting and positioning biomedical solutions, medical equipment, and/or related products. Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth in the sector.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Prepare reports on submitted, won, and/or lost processes.
* Prepare files, proposals, and technical-economic offers.
* Continuously compile and update the database with information on processes in which the company participates or intends to participate, enabling effective monitoring.
* Identify, register, respond to, and prepare quotations and/or market studies received via various digital channels, as well as requests from the assigned institutional sales team.
* Track, control, and manage the schedule for each phase of processes in which the company participates.
* Review and identify various public and/or private entity tenders published on the SEACE, PLADICOP, and OSCE platforms, aligned with the company’s product portfolio.
* Identify and acquire new clients in our target sector (hospitals, clinics, clinical laboratories, distributors, universities).
* Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
* Prepare letters, reports, and/or documents required by the department.
* Perform other duties assigned by management, as requested by the General Management and/or Development and Product Management.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
· Completed studies leading to a Higher Technical Degree, Bachelor’s degree, or professional title in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, Marketing, Medical Technology (Clinical Laboratory specialization), Biology, or related fields.
· Experience and/or specialization in public and private tender processes (mandatory).
· Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (mandatory).
· Strong negotiation and contract closing skills with private companies and state entities.
· Willingness to travel nationwide (client visits and process follow-up) as required.
