Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for the Human Resources department to support recruitment, selection, attendance tracking, and administrative tasks, with a strong willingness to learn. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for the Human Resources department who is eager to learn and apply their knowledge. · Responsibilities: Responsible for Recruitment and Selection (commercial, distribution, operational, and administrative profiles) Perform biweekly and monthly attendance recordkeeping Carry out administrative tasks (personnel files, document control, etc.) Maintain constant coordination with department heads Schedule vacations across all departments Perform other duties inherent to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor · Requirements: Completed university studies in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Coordinator roles. Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Willingness to learn and to organize celebrations and group activities. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, honest, committed, and optimistic individual.
