Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistance Coordinator (Customer Service) to join our Operations team, providing assistance to passengers and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. At Assist Card, we believe teamwork and passion are the keys to delivering the best assistance to our customers.* We are currently seeking an **Assistance Coordinator (Customer Service)** to join our Operations team. **What is the primary challenge of this role?** Providing assistance to passengers in accordance with our commercial commitments, ensuring their satisfaction according to the company’s established standards of quality and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide support to travelers regarding issues they may encounter—e.g., medical matters, lost baggage location, etc. **What are the main requirements to apply?** * Completed or ongoing technical or university degree programs * 1 year of customer service experience * Advanced English proficiency (assessed during the selection process) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Availability for full-time, on-site work during morning, afternoon, or night shifts * Fixed 5x2 shift schedule (5 working days and 2 days off) **Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.** **Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.** **Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.** **Early-morning shift: 2:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.** **Benefits** * Salary above market average (S/ 2401\.00\) * Full payroll registration from the start of training * 100% covered EPS health insurance * 100% covered oncology insurance * 100% paid training * Career development path * Monthly awards * Referral, wedding, and work anniversary bonuses * Wellness initiatives * Integration breakfasts * Birthday leave day * Traveler assistance coverage for immediate family members * Language training program At Assist Card, we want our employees to be the protagonists of their own professional journey.
