Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler for a leading real estate and construction company, responsible for BIM model development and control across all project phases. Key Highlights: 1. Proficient in industry-leading BIM software TECHMASTER PERU\- Consulting On behalf of our client — a leading real estate and construction company with over 20 years in the market — we are looking to hire top talent for the **BIM MODELER** position. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory) \- Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM methodology, ICE meetings, project coordination, architectural modeling, structural modeling (mandatory) \- Knowledge of VCD working system supported by BIM methodology. Software: Revit, CAD, Project, Navisworks \- Basic knowledge of S10, Primavera, Excel \- Availability to work on-site in Lima **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Develop BIM models across all project phases \- Manage project changes and update models accordingly \- Generate quantity take-offs and/or information as required across all project phases and relevant disciplines \- Export models for clash detection resolution \- Create BIM content for disciplines as required \- Provide IT technology support focused on construction Interested candidates please send an updated CV to: seleccion@techmasterperu.com along with salary expectations.
