Job Summary: We are seeking a productive, committed, and responsible Concierge Supervisor to manage building access, security, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and registration of entries and parcels 2. Surveillance of security cameras and logging of common areas 3. Building waste management We require personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (DAY\-NIGHT SHIFT)** in a building located in **Magdalena\-Surquillo\-Barranco**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years old, productive, committed, and responsible, residing in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register building entries for owners and their guests. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive parcels, letters, etc. * Maintain logs of owners' common areas. * Additionally, remove building garbage. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Day\-night schedule **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID card, and job orientation provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits under the REMYPE regime * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account * Overtime pay * AFP or ONP enrollment * 15 days of vacation * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS * Statutory life insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,800\.00 per month Experience: * Concierge / security guard / security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
