We are currently expanding and need to recruit three (3\) bilingual call center operators as part of our expansion plan in Peru — professionals with customer service experience for our Lima call center. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Business, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related industries. \- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. (MANDATORY) \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Ability to quickly learn computer programs for data entry and reporting. \- Experience in case handling or Case Management systems. \- Full-time availability. Shifts from Monday to Friday and from Wednesday to Sunday. \- Availability to work on public holidays (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day, which are paid days off). \- We offer career progression paths; therefore, we seek candidates motivated to work long-term. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Handling calls in English and Spanish with Spanish-speaking U.S. customers. \- Customer contact via phone (inbound and outbound), chat, WhatsApp, and other electronic channels. \- Verifying and accurately entering data to ensure record integrity. \- Maintaining operations using established technologies and procedures, reporting necessary changes. \- Contributing to team efforts by achieving measurable results.
