Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for dish preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene and order, and constant coordination with the immediate supervisor. Key Points: 1. Experience in cooking and compliance with hygiene standards 2. Preparation of mise en place and dish preparation 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area We are looking for **01 COOK** available to work rotating shifts at our location in CC Mega Plaza **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a COOK. * Health Certificate (processed during hiring) * Residency in nearby areas * Availability to work rotating shifts * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comply with and support hygiene standards within the kitchen. * Constantly coordinate with the immediate supervisor. * Prepare mise en place according to technical and sanitary specifications. * Prepare dishes. * Verify and maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. **BENEFITS:** * Timely bi-weekly payments * Night shift pay * Full statutory benefits (100%) * 100% covered meals Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
