Job Summary: We are seeking Junior I Engineers passionate about the design and execution of civil engineering projects, with strong learning capabilities and a focus on innovative methodologies. Opportunity to join the permanent Engineering Staff. **Profile:** Recent graduate or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; knowledge of SAP 2000, AutoCAD, and Revit; oriented toward project execution and design of concrete civil and structural engineering, earthworks; open to acquiring new knowledge in international standards and demanding engineering practices; skilled at learning new 2D and 3D calculation and design software; communicative and responsible. **Training:** Admitted candidates will undergo training following an interview and will be hired as Junior I Engineers for six months. Thereafter, based on performance evaluation, they will transition into the permanent **Engineering Staff**. Training and internships will be conducted remotely (home office). **Responsibilities:** * Attend company-provided engineering and advanced specialized software tool training. * Support the development of conceptual, basic, and/or detailed engineering projects. * Following training, produce civil and structural design drawings (concrete and steel) for industrial plant projects, as well as intelligent 2D and 3D models using advanced design software. * Assist in preparing technical specifications, concrete and steel structure calculations, and general engineering documentation. * Adapt to practicing and using new engineering software. * Understand and apply engineering development processes utilizing BIM and AWP methodologies in mining and high-technical-level projects. * Actively participate in automation services for engineering within your specialty. * Work collaboratively and actively engage in assigned tasks. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is valued but not mandatory. On-site and remote work availability is required.
