Job Objective: Maintain administrative offices, staircases, restrooms, and company common areas in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and hygiene, contributing to a safe, healthy, and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. Main Responsibilities: - Perform daily cleaning of administrative offices, meeting rooms, and workstations. - Clean and disinfect restrooms, continuously verifying the availability of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. - Keep staircases, corridors, and circulation access points clean and free of obstacles. - Carry out sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfection of floors and surfaces. - Clean doors, windows, partitions, furniture, desks, and commonly used equipment according to schedule. - Maintain appropriate cleanliness levels in common areas, including dining areas and waiting spaces. - Collect, sort, and properly dispose of waste generated within the facilities. - Promptly report any unsafe condition, defect, or maintenance need identified during work. - Safeguard and correctly use assigned cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies. - Comply with the company’s internal safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Requirements: - Completed secondary education. - Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning tasks. - Basic knowledge of cleaning products and tools. - Availability to perform tasks requiring constant movement.
