Learn more about us here: www.comunal.co **Who Are We Looking For?** The Collections Assistant position aims to ensure the accurate and timely recovery of company revenue through comprehensive management of the customer portfolio and continuous monitoring of collection processes. This role is critical to maintaining business liquidity, ensuring effective communication with customers, controlling revenue inflows, and correctly applying accounting treatments per internal policies and applicable regulations. Additionally, the Collections Assistant contributes to organizational financial order and transparency by performing accounting analysis, preparing reports, conducting bank reconciliations, forecasting collections, and actively participating in committees and monthly financial closing processes. * **Competencies and Skills:** + Analytical ability. + Planning and organizational skills. + Autonomous learning and initiative. Adaptability and flexibility. + * **Experience and Knowledge:** + Minimum 2 years’ experience in Billing and Collections departments. + Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERPs, especially SAP B1\. + Computer skills: Intermediate-level Excel. + Technical and/or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. + Basic/Intermediate English. + Basic accounting knowledge **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Managing collections for 100% of the customer portfolio, including preparing account statements and communicating via email, phone calls, and collection letters, in accordance with established procedures. * Recording revenue entries in SAP B1 and reporting progress to the Head of Administration. * Tracking revenue from guarantees. * Generating payment links via Culqi and Izipay gateways. * Submitting the daily collection status report. * Analyzing revenue accounts at the accounting level. * Creating journal entries for revenue and/or applications using SAP B1\. * Conducting daily collection follow-ups. * Updating and monitoring the collections drive. * Tracking revenue and expenses related to Customer Enhancements and Implementations, as well as Rooms and Events. * Performing monthly bank reconciliations. * Preparing and analyzing weekly collection forecasts. * Participating in the Collections Committee and executing defined next steps. * Maintaining up-to-date customer guarantee payable accounts. * Analyzing and submitting customer guarantee refunds for VB approval. * Monitoring and tracking customer self-withholding tax payments. * Responding to internal and external audit requests related to the collections process. * Completing assigned tasks within the monthly administrative-financial closing schedule. **General Conditions:** * Hybrid work model with flexibility. * Work location: Comunal HQ (San Borja), with availability to travel across all Comunal locations. **What Do We Offer?** At Comunal, we care deeply about the happiness and growth of all team members.
