Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant with knowledge in marketing, administration, or communications to support report preparation, visual file management, content generation, and general support to the commercial department. We aim to provide impactful point-of-sale advertising solutions that generate memorable experiences. **MORE IMAGE**, we are looking for a **Commercial Assistant**. **Requirements:** · Final-year student in Marketing, Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. · Intermediate Excel skills. · Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, CapCut, or others). · Basic knowledge of social media and commercially oriented content creation (desirable). **Responsibilities:** · Prepare photographic reports of in-store and point-of-sale implementations as visual support for clients and commercial proposals. · Update and monitor Excel dashboards related to projects, clients, and sales status. · Organize and manage visual files by client and project for commercial use and presentations. · Assist in photographing and video recording of completed projects for compliance evidence and sales material. · Generate visual content for social media aligned with commercial strategy and brand positioning. · Provide support to the commercial department in coordinating, tracking, and performing basic project closure. · Assist in updating the commercial portfolio and presenting completed work. · Provide support in customer service and handling client requests. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Inclusion in MYPE payroll. * All statutory benefits (bonus, CTS, profit-sharing, etc.). * Pleasant work environment. * Timely payments.
