Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Community Manager to lead the digital presence of brands by creating and managing content, engaging with the online community, and measuring social media impact. Opportunity for growth in digital marketing At Agencia 4G Digital, we are looking for a **Community Manager** who is creative, organized, and strategically minded to lead the digital presence of diverse brands. You will create and manage content, engage with the online community, and measure the impact of our social media activities. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and publish social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives. * Write compelling, platform-specific copy. * Coordinate with the design and audiovisual team to produce visual content. * Engage with the community: respond to messages, comments, and mentions. * Monitor digital trends and propose innovative ideas. * Analyze metrics (engagement, growth, reach, etc.) and generate performance reports. * Support paid campaigns, activations, and influencer collaborations (as required). **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Advanced knowledge of social platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Later, or similar. * Ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. * Creativity, initiative, and strong time management skills. * Portfolio or examples of accounts managed. **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Experience with paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads). * Basic knowledge of design or editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Excellent work environment. * Creative projects and growing brands. * Flexible working hours and remote work options. * Opportunity for growth within the digital marketing team. **Are you interested?
