Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager / Content Editor with experience in creating and editing videos for social media, with a focus on beauty and personal care. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning to improve reach and positioning Community Manager / Content Editor for Social Media A well-known beauty company — Margarita Studio, a specialized beauty and personal care studio — is looking for a Community Manager / Content Editor with experience in creating and editing social media content. **Main Responsibilities** * Editing short videos for Instagram and TikTok (Reels). * Editing photographs and simple graphic assets for posts. * Adapting content to Margarita Studio’s visual style and branding. * Proposing content ideas and trends for social media. * Producing 8 monthly contents, including Reels and/or posts. * Organizing and delivering content according to a pre-coordinated calendar. * Supporting content planning to improve brand reach and positioning. **Recording Session** * 1 recording session per month, scheduled in advance. * During this session, audiovisual material will be produced for subsequent editing into monthly posts. * The recording session will take place at Margarita Studio’s premises. **Requirements** * Proven experience in Community Management, content creation, and/or video editing for social media. * Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok. * Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar software). * Aesthetic judgment and ability to work with beauty-sector-related content. * Creativity, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working with beauty, aesthetics, cosmetology, fashion, or lifestyle brands. * Familiarity with current Instagram and TikTok trends. * Portfolio of completed work. **Work Modality** Primarily deliverable-based work, with prior coordination and 1 monthly in-person recording session at Margarita Studio. **Workload** 8 monthly contents (Reels and/or posts) \+ 1 monthly recording session.
