Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge to manage access control, ensure building security, assist residents, and handle incidents in residential buildings. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure building security and compliance with internal regulations A company specializing in the management of residential buildings and condominiums is looking for an immediate Concierge to join one of its buildings located in San Isidro, Miraflores, or Jesus Maria. Main Responsibilities: - Monitor and register the entry and exit of visitors and vendors - Ensure building or condominium security and compliance with internal regulations - Record shift updates and formally hand over to the incoming Concierge - Greet residents courteously and receive mail and packages - Report incidents and malfunctions to management Requirements: - Proven experience in concierge services for condominiums or residential buildings - No criminal or police records - Verifiable work certificates and professional references - Completed secondary education Conditions: - Salary: S/ 1,250 - Schedule: 8-hour night shift, Monday through Saturday - Formal payroll from day one — Microenterprise Regime - 15 days of annual vacation - Half-month bonus in July and December - Timely payments Requirements Minimum Education: Secondary Education 3 years of experience . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Education years of experience Age: between 25 and 55 years Knowledge: Compliance with rules and regulations, Punctuality, General cleanliness, General maintenance Keywords: doorman, concierge, attendant, caretaker, night, nighttime, nocturnal
