At BLU, we seek energetic, positively minded individuals with a service-oriented mindset to join our customer service team. \* Work location: Av. Grau 201, Barranco \- IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING: * Full-time position * 48-hour weekly schedule * 6 working days per week * 1 day off * Regular shift: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. \* We recommend applying only if you reside in Barranco or nearby districts, as the shift ends late at night and we seek candidates who can commute comfortably and maintain job stability. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Serve customers and deliver a warm, friendly experience. * Prepare products and handle food following our standards. * Keep the premises clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Participate in inventory management and product control. * Collaborate as a team to ensure every visit to BLU is memorable. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Customer service experience (ice cream shops, cafés, restaurants, or similar). * Excellent attitude, charisma, and ease in interacting with people. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Immediate availability.
