We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and work with an American company. Key Responsibilities: \- Enter information from one platform to another \- Archive legal documents from the U.S. \- Address inquiries and provide email support \- Update and maintain the customer database \- Encourage customers to purchase additional products \- Serve as the bridge between customers and other departments Requirements: \- Advanced or native English (mandatory and highly important!) \- 6 to 8 months of experience in customer service or similar \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team \- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Benefits: \- 100% remote work \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (daily saving time) \- Performance bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Advanced English level? * 6 months to 1 year of English customer service experience? * Salary expectation in Peruvian soles? * Immediate availability?
