Job Summary: Provide analytical and operational support to the Data Analysis Supervisor by processing commercial and customer information to identify sales opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making. Collaborating with Commercial, Sales, and Operations departments. JOB OBJECTIVE Provide analytical and operational support to the Data Analysis Supervisor through processing, reviewing, and interpreting commercial and customer information, with the aim of identifying sales opportunities, proposing commercial actions, and contributing to strategic decision-making. Additionally, conduct field visits to validate information, identify commercial opportunities, and generate insights to strengthen sales management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the processing and analysis of commercial and customer databases. - Identify sales, portfolio recovery, and growth opportunities through data analysis. - Support the development of commercial reports and KPIs. - Propose commercial actions, discounts, or campaigns based on customer purchasing behavior. - Analyze consumption trends, purchase frequency, coverage, and customer profitability. - Monitor results of implemented campaigns or commercial actions. - Detect alerts, deviations, or atypical behaviors in commercial data. - Validate analyzed information in the field and visit customers to identify improvement and growth opportunities. - Collect relevant commercial information during route visits and report it to the respective department. - Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure accurate interpretation of information. - Maintain up-to-date and well-organized information used for analysis. - Support presentations and analyses requested by management. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, commercial support, or similar roles. - Fieldwork experience or accompanying commercial teams is desirable. - Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. - Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools is desirable. - Experience developing commercial reports and KPIs. - Knowledge of customer analysis, segmentation, and sales behavior is desirable. - Analytical ability and results orientation. - Proactivity and initiative to identify commercial opportunities. - Communication skills and teamwork ability. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Adaptability to perform both administrative and field work. - Availability for route visits and commercial team accompaniment. - Willingness to travel between offices or commercial zones, if required. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Graduate Less than 1 year of experience Skills: Analytical ability, Analysis, Data analysis, Database, Results orientation, Interpretation, Microsoft Excel, Supervision Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux, data
