Job Mission * Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making and improve Customer team outcomes. Main Responsibilities * Select, clean, and transform large volumes of data for subsequent exploitation and analysis. * Interpret data, analyze results, and generate insights to formulate conclusions supporting decision-making. * Visualize and structure information clearly and effectively, facilitating comprehension by various business users. * Present findings and collaborate cross-functionally to obtain, analyze, and interpret data—with a focus on Customer insights. * Work schedule: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Requirements * Professionals holding degrees in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Solid expertise in large-scale data analysis (mandatory). * Prior experience in retail companies, preferably in the supermarket industry, with a focus on Customers. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in data visualization (mandatory). * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory). * Knowledge and/or experience with GCP BigQuery, Python, and Looker. * Strong analytical capability to interpret results and generate actionable insights focused on Customers.
