Developing and validating predictive and analytical models. **Data Scientist** **Role Objective** Analyze large volumes of **structured and unstructured data** to generate actionable insights using **statistical and Machine Learning models**, supporting the organization's strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Explore, clean, and transform **complex datasets**. * Develop and validate **predictive and analytical models**. * Apply **supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning techniques**. * Evaluate **performance metrics** and optimize models. * Visualize results using **dashboards and executive reports**. * Collaborate with **Data Engineering, BI, and product teams**. * Document experiments and communicate findings to stakeholders. **Requirements** * Strong experience in **Python or R**. * Proficiency with libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch**. * Advanced knowledge of **statistics and probability**. * Experience with **SQL** and database management. * Experience working with **large volumes of data**. * Knowledge of **data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)**. * **Advanced English (B2 or higher)**, both spoken and written. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **NLP, Computer Vision, or generative models**. * Knowledge of **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**. * Experience in **MLOps**. * Experience with **agile methodologies**.
