Optimization of application and database performance. **Description** A leading omnichannel IT services startup requires a Backend Developer for its team. The primary objective is to implement scalable, secure, and high-performance business logic, enabling seamless communication between internal services, external APIs, and frontend applications. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze system requirements and understand business needs to develop efficient backend solutions. * Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs used by internal and external applications. * Implement business logic in backend services following architectural best practices and design patterns. * Identify and resolve bugs or issues in backend services. * Optimize application performance and database queries. * Participate in the technical design of new features or system improvements. Develop using AI tools to enhance productivity and deliverable quality. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * Approximately 6 years of experience in roles such as: Backend Developer / Backend Engineer / Java Backend Developer / Software Engineer (Backend) / Java Developer. * Language: Java (Spring Boot). * REST API development. * Unit and integration testing.
