




Job Summary: A Dispatch Assistant who ensures the smooth daily operations of dispatch activities, including inventory control, organization, cleanliness, and order preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures efficient inflow and outflow of goods in the warehouse. 2. Promotes safety and accident prevention in the warehouse. 3. Resolves issues and contributes to achieving warehouse objectives. An industrial-sector company is seeking Dispatch Assistants to ensure the smooth daily operations of the Dispatch Area, including inventory control, organization, cleanliness, preparation of accurate orders, and loading onto vehicles. Responsibilities: Assists the dispatch rigger in preparing orders according to the Preparation Sheet, verifying quantities, material type, and thickness required by the customer, adhering to manufacturing dates (FIFO) and ensuring materials are in good condition. Assists in maintaining the inflow and outflow of pipes within the designated shed. Assists the dispatch rigger in counting and verifying quantities, material type, and required thickness before vehicle loading begins. Keeps metal blocks organized; prohibits empty bottles, candy wrappers, or other food items; maintains areas free of paper and strapping bands. Reports any crane, remote control, or lighting malfunctions to supervisors immediately. Ensures compliance with warehouse safety and protection regulations, and implements measures to prevent accidents and damage. Resolves warehouse-related problems and conflicts, and takes proactive steps to prevent future issues. Ensures achievement of warehouse objectives and requirements. Controls turning warehouse lights on and off. Important: Secondary or technical education in related fields: Administration and Logistics or similar disciplines. Relevant work experience.
