Job Summary: A leading multinational company is seeking a professional to lead and supervise national-level scheduling, dispatching, transportation, and distribution, ensuring operational quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead logistics improvement and optimization projects 2. Supervise national transportation and distribution operations 3. Manage and monitor High-Performance Teams (HPT) We are EMASA PERÚ, a prominent multinational company dedicated to the importation and commercialization of workshop equipment, tools, and other products in the automotive market. Responsibilities: * Develop and update the order dispatch schedule for the Distribution Center (DC), aligned with established time cutoffs. * Ensure accurate order dispatch and scheduling, coordinating timely communication with the commercial department. * Supervise transport providers’ compliance with commercial agreements, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Monitor and consolidate outbound process KPIs, preparing reports and performance presentations. * Manage and monitor assigned High-Performance Teams (HPT) within the process. * Lead logistics improvement, modernization, automation, and/or optimization projects related to outbound processes. * Supervise national transportation and distribution operations, ensuring operational continuity and service-level adherence. * Supervise e-commerce delivery services, guaranteeing on-time and high-quality delivery performance. * Ensure safe execution of outbound operations, complying with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. * Ensure compliance with quality and housekeeping (6S) policies across outbound processes. * Lead direct reports by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing timely feedback. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership responsibilities. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Knowledge of distribution center operations. * Work location: Punta Hermosa \- KM38 * Additional specialized training preferred: Diploma and/or specialization in warehouse management, Supply Chain Management, and/or logistics. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Benefits: * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Food allowance card. * Round-trip transportation to the Distribution Center from authorized stops. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Educational and recreational partnership programs. * Statutory profit-sharing.
