Job Summary: We are seeking an Architecture or Civil Engineering student or graduate to support the design and construction of schools, including conducting surveys, proposing spatial layouts, creating 3D models, drafting plans, and performing quantity takeoffs. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the design and construction of educational projects 2. Development of 3D models and virtual walkthroughs 3. Conducting architectural surveys and specialized drawings A leading private school design and construction consultancy in the education sector seeks a final-year student or recent graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering to perform the following functions remotely on a permanent telework basis: 1\) Conducting architectural surveys based on on-site measurements 2\) Developing spatial layout proposals / modifications for educational projects 3\) Creating 3D models and virtual walkthroughs of educational projects 4\) Drafting structural, electrical, and sanitary installation plans 5\) Preparing quantity takeoffs and construction budgets 6\) Conducting occasional inspection visits to educational institutions **Requirements:** 1\) Proficiency in technical drawing 2\) Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D 3\) Proficiency in SketchUp 4\) Familiarity with the National Building Regulations 5\) Knowledge of Technical Standards for Education **To Submit:** 1\) CV 2\) Portfolio of projects Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
