Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior I Engineer, recently graduated or holding a bachelor's degree, to join our team with knowledge of AutoCAD and orientation toward electrical engineering, instrumentation, and control projects. Participation in technically demanding projects. **Profile:** Recently graduated or bachelor's degree holder in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics; proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D; oriented toward execution of engineering projects and design of electrical engineering and instrumentation & control engineering; open to acquiring new knowledge of international standards and rigorous engineering standards; skilled at learning new 2D and 3D calculation and design software; communicative and responsible. **Training:** Admitted candidates will undergo training following an interview and will be onboarded as Junior I Engineers for six months. Subsequently, based on performance evaluation, they will transition into the **Engineering Staff** on a permanent basis. Training and internships will be conducted remotely (home office). **Responsibilities:** * Attend company-provided engineering and advanced specialty software tool training. * Support development of conceptual, basic, and/or detailed engineering projects. * Following training, prepare electrical and instrumentation & control design drawings for industrial plant projects, as well as intelligent 2D and 3D models using advanced design software. * Assist in preparing technical specifications and general engineering documents. * Adapt to practicing and utilizing new engineering software. * Develop 3D models of electrical and instrumentation equipment. * Participate in designing medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, industrial instrumentation systems, piping and cabling systems, grounding systems, PLC and DCS control systems, lighting systems, communication systems, and optical fiber systems, among others. * Understand and apply engineering development processes using BIM and AWP methodologies in mining and high-technical-level projects. * Actively participate in automation services for engineering within your specialty. * Work collaboratively and actively engage in assigned tasks. Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is valued (not mandatory). Advanced English proficiency required. On-site and remote work availability is required.
